Hyune Hand has joined global information services provider Neustar as General Manager of Customer Intelligence, Marketing Solutions. Neustar’s main product is a unique, accurate, and real-time identity system bolstered by billions of transactions that allow critical decision-making across enterprise needs.

Neustar combines data science, programmatic ad buying and proprietary first party data assets to offer cross-platform targeting. The firm’s OneID system provides identity intelligence gained through billions of daily transactions across digital traffic, global communications and customer interactions.

Hand joins after nearly three years as CEO of disaster recovery specialist Agility Recovery Solutions. Earlier, she worked at commercial data and analytics giant Dun & Bradstreet as SVP and General Manager of Small Business Market, after serving as President of its Hoover’s division and SVP of D&B Global Sales & Marketing Solutions.

In her new role, Hand will oversee customer intelligence solutions including Customer Identity Management (CIM), ElementOne segmentation products, and other identity and verification solutions which are part of Neustar’s Marketing Solutions suite. She will report to SVP of Analytics Solutions Ted Prince, who welcomes her ‘strong information services expertise and track record of driving customer value through product innovation’.
